Work has started on another Redland project in Broomfield. 

Construction is in progress on Hansen’s Corner, a 5-acre site at the corner of Midway Boulevard and Lowell Boulevard.  When finished, the project will provide retail options and a self-storage facility to the Broomfield Community.

The self-storage portion of Hansen’s Corner, named after the Hansen family, longtime residents of Broomfield, is expected to be completed in the Fall of 2017.  Redland has provided civil engineering and entitlement services for this project for the owner, Compson Development, and the project architect, Jordan Architects, Inc.
