The first Colorado restaurant will be built in Longmont at the recently completed Village at the Peaks (also a Redland project).  The 5,000 square foot, free-standing building will occupy the corner lot along the main entrance at Hover Street and will balance French-country architecture with the distinct Colorado-outdoors design of The Village at the Peaks.  Fare offerings will consist of authentic and delicious French cuisine in a fast-casual atmosphere.

The Dallas-based company has been operating for 33 years and currently has over 75 restaurants.  The Longmont restaurant will be the first of a potential 15 locations that the company has planned for Colorado.

Redland has provided civil engineering and entitlement services to this project and is proud to be working with Roth Sheppard Architects and Newmark Merrill to bring this award winning restaurant franchise to Colorado.
