Located in Adams County just 10 minutes from Downtown Denver and 20 minutes from Boulder, Midtown is close to everything. Midtown is an urban infill master plan community of 180 acres, with premier locations dedicated to commercial use. Midtown homes are all within walking distance of the neighborhood retail center which features a brewery, brunch spot, and an outdoor gathering space. This growing project has been focused on providing a wide array of housing options with single-family attached and detached units all included.

A longtime project for Redland and Brookfield Residential, Midtown is now moving on to Filing 12. This most recent phase will add 107 single-family attached homes to the Midtown community. Construction of these new homes began earlier this year. Filing 13 is next and is currently in the entitlement process. When complete, Midtown will have approximately 1,200 homes.
