Another Redland project continues to thrive as homebuilders at Midtown recently broke ground on Filing 7 and 8.
The build out of Filing 7 and 8 will add 175 units (109 in Filing 7 and 66 in Filing 8) to the Midtown community and will include products from Brookfield Residential, David Weekely Homes, and Century Communities.
Located along North Pecos Street and West 68th Avenue, Midtown occupies 182 acres formerly home to a defunct aerospace manufacturing facility. The land was purchased by Brookfield Residential and represents their first mixed-use infill community and Adams County’s first urban infill master plan. When complete, Midtown will have approximately 1,600 homes with 6.5 acres of commercial space and 43 acres of open space.
