A new neighborhood with spectacular Front Range views is underway in north Brighton, Colorado. Mountain View Estates is ideally situated between the Brighton Recreation Center, Main Street, schools, and just 20 minutes north of Denver International Airport. The development recently received initial plat approval. Redland is thrilled to contribute to this project by providing site design, entitlements, landscape architecture, and civil engineering services.

Mountain View Estates, in conjunction with the annexed Grein Property located south of Baseline Road, offers a diverse range of site characteristics that will create a unique sense of place, celebrating the region’s rich history. The site design thoughtfully transitions in density to the more rural Weld County property north of Baseline Road. It aims to highlight the area’s rural character by incorporating historic ditch corridors and existing on-site ponds into future parks, open spaces, and trail networks.
