Hamilton Heights is an upcoming 28-acre neighborhood that will provide 123 new homes in the Town of Firestone. The property will construct a new regional trail and a pocket park. Hamilton heights will be conveniently located just South of Saddleback Golf Course, while being only minutes away from the Town Center. The preliminary plat was unanimously approved by the Firestone Board of Trustees on February 12th and will now move to final plat and construction.

Miller United Real Estate is developing the property which Cardel Homes will construct. Redland provided land planning, landscape architecture and civil engineering services. Hamilton Heights required significant coordination with the Town of Firestone, Saddle Back Golf Course and adjacent properties. The project will provide key components of regional infrastructure including the completion of Grant Avenue to Frontier Street and a coordinated regional drainage outfall.
