The Poudre Heights community is continuing to grow as construction has now begun on Filing 3. Poudre Heights is located in the Town of Windsor, just 30 minutes southeast of Ft. Collins and an hour drive north of Downtown Denver. The 92-acre development boasts surrounding small lakes, the Poudre River Trail, and multiple golf courses in its backyard. Filing 3 will contain 266 single-family homes and 127 townhomes, all within close proximity of the Promenade Shores at Centerra, the premier outdoor shopping experience in Northern Colorado.

Redland has partnered with Meritage Homes to provide construction management services for Poudre Heights. Crucial to the success of completing this project has been working within the challenges of the Poudre River floodplain and shallow groundwater conditions. Redland began working on this project in 2023 and anticipates completion in Summer 2025.
