Berkley Shores is an 8.9-acre infill neighborhood located in Adams County, Colorado. The recently constructed neighborhood offers 72 attached two and three-story townhomes, and 17 single-family waterfront homes, all situated in the active Berkley community. This unique location is minutes away from Olde Town Arvada, Clear Creek-Federal light rail station and the foothills. Berkley Shores has access to all the elements that make Colorado great. 

The neighborhood’s captivating feature is scenic Lake Pomponio. The lake is easily accessible to all tenants and is adjacent to the single-family homes. Lake Pomponio was originally a development obstacle, but Redland and partners were able to make it the neighborhood’s greatest amenity. A pocket park anchors the West Side of Lake Pomponio and includes a community garden, play lawn, and connects the neighborhood trail network. All additions amplify the visual appeal of the lake and provide multi-use functions for the residents of Berkley Shores.

Our client, Highland Development Company envisioned a community that is in close proximity to the city, but one that also provides an escape, giving residents the best of both worlds. Berkley Shores recently sold their last available home in December of 2022. Redland was proud to provide land planning, civil engineering, landscape architecture, and entitlement services for Berkley Shores.
