The Dillon Pointe infill neighborhood is located within the growing City and County of Broomfield, CO. With breathtaking views of the front range, the Dillon Pointe neighborhood celebrates its proximity to the surrounding open space as well as its strong connections to city life. The neighborhood is designed with several unique enclaves, with a lower-density single family to the south along the existing neighborhood while providing higher-density urban townhomes along the active Dillon Road corridor.
The neighborhood open space provides a network of trail corridors, pocket parks, and a central neighborhood park. The trail network connects to the corner retail center, the regional ditch trail system, and the Wottge Open Space. The 5-acre central park serves as a neighborhood gathering spot, all while helping preserve and enhance the existing pond and large cottonwood trees. The overall planting concept incorporates recommendations from the Butterfly Pavillion to promote healthy habitats and connectivity for native pollinators.
