An iconic restaurant brand opens its doors today at Central Park in Highlands Ranch, another Redland project.

Located off of Lucent Boulevard and Plaza Drive, Shake Shack, a burger restaurant staple from the east coast,  opens its second location in Colorado.  In addition to their usual offerings, the Colorado menu will include locale-specific fare, such as the Green Chile Cheddar Shack, a cheeseburger with green chiles.

Within Central Park community, Redland is working for the owner, Shea Properties, for the retail/restaurant development and the park element, totaling approximately 14 acres.  We are proud to be providing civil engineering, entitlement, and planning services for this project.
