Redland has completed various projects within the Encompass Business Park include a 150,000 square-foot Warehouse-Distribution building on 10.8 acres, a 50,000 square-foot office building on 8.26 acres, a 106,000 square-foot Warehouse-Distribution building on 7.3 acres and a 173,000 square-foot Warehouse-Distribution building on 10.3 acres.

The business park will continue to grow as the Encompass 123 project recently received site plan approval and will begin construction this Summer. The Encompass 53 project has also been fully approved and will be completed in 2025.
