Village at the Peaks hosted an event to celebrate the ground breaking for the new future shopping center and demolition of the old Twin Peaks Mall. The new Village at the Peaks site has been a three-year interactive process with community input, marketing of retailers, and coordination with the City of Longmont over design features, all with the overall goal from the City Council to create a new community gathering spot for the City of Longmont. Village at the Peaks is developed by NewMark Merrill Mountain States out of Fort Collins. Redland is the lead project engineer.
