Each year, Redland partakes with Cowboy After Hours, a consortium formed to contribute to the 4-H community at the Douglas County Junior Livestock Sale. 4-H is America’s largest youth development organization whose mission is engaging young people to reach their fullest potential. Decked out in cowboy hats and matching shirts, Redland joins elected officials and business leaders for this annual live auction event at the Douglas County Fairgrounds.
Everyone who comes meets 4-H youth and previews livestock to be auctioned. Committing to this wonderful event, Redland takes great pride in contributing across the board so all young people benefit from the consortium.
